Lyza has over 8 years of experience performing throughout Toronto and the surrounding regions across Ontario, collaborating with event producers, creative teams, and entertainment collectives to bring unique concepts to life. Lyza’s mission is to transform events into engaging experiences through the power of movement, fire, and light.

Lyza’s journey as a performing flow artist is rooted in her background of movement and meditative practices. Her passion for dance began in her early years, sparking an exploration of diverse disciplines that built a strong foundation in body awareness and fostered a mindful connection to her craft. Her journey into the flow arts began when she first picked up a hoop and was instantly hooked. What started as a playful exploration evolved into a flow-state practice, where she discovered harmony between dance and meditation. Eventually, she set her hoop ablaze, and over time expanded her repertoire to include a wide range of fire props and LED equipment. Her performances are now highlighted by fire-eating stunts, programmable glow shows, fans, and dragon staff, with hula hoop remaining as her strongest focus.
