She has collaborated with many innovative and passionate individuals within the industry, and is the co-director of a dance and flow arts performance team called Pyra Entertainment. Some of her performance highlights are: an opening act fire show for Eternal Flame by Kode Red at The Great Hall, an opening act LED show with Pyra Entertainment for comedian Max Amini at The John Bassett Theatre and The Richmond Hill Centre For The Performing Arts, and a creative solo burlesque act at The Opera House for Krampus Ball.

Lyza got good at hula hooping and then decided to light it on fire to push the boundaries of her skills. She grew into a fascination with fire and was hooked on entering an entrancing flow state of the roaring flames, and taming the fire. Her fire shows are where you'll watch her ignite different props on fire and skilfully manipulate the prop objects while dancing with the flames. She describes fire dancing as a daring dance power play where she becomes the flame tamer, but respects the fire to not get burned.
